In the chapter "Shades of Color", he intervenes when Markus is assaulted by the Android Protest Leader and his group in Greektown. He warns them that he will fine them if they damage Markus.

- Another officer with the same badge number and different appearance shoots Markus in Broken while a cop with the same badge number and appearance appears as officer Chris Miller's partner in Capitol Park.
- He can also be seen in one of Eden Club androids' memories. It might just be a reuse of the model.
